What drives the number is height, load rating, duration, access complexity (heritage, over-water, restricted frontage) and whether engineered drawings are needed. Standard residential scaffolds start from a few hundred dollars per week; commercial and industrial projects are priced based on the full scope.

Yes. Epic Scaffolding holds Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT SA) prequalification, meaning we are an approved contractor for South Australian state government construction projects. Our WorkCover employer number is 28107911 and full return-to-work documentation is current.
Full prequalification documentation, insurance certificates and WHS management system evidence is provided on request for tier-1 head-contractor screening.
What safety certifications does Epic hold?
Every Epic scaffolder either holds a current Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced) issued by SafeWork SA, or is a trainee working under direct supervision as part of our structured on-the-job training program.
Epic carries Public and Products Liability insurance covering commercial and industrial work. We provide safety systems, PPE and galvanised materials as standard, and maintain a documented WHS management system prequalified to relevant authority and government requirements. Under South Australia’s all-industry labour hire licensing (in force from July 2026), Epic is registered as a compliant labour-hire provider.
